What are the turnaround times for essays, assignments, reports and other documents?

All work up to 5,000 words will be returned within 3 working days of submission. If this timeline cannot be met, you will be contacted and informed before you pay.Please note that work will not commence on your document until payment has been received.

What are the turnaround times for the job application service?

Edited job selection criteria will be returned within 3 working days of submission. If this timeline cannot be met, you will be contacted and informed before you pay. Please note that work will not commence on your document until payment has been received.

What are the Edit-Express hours of operation?

Edit-Express operates from Monday to Friday and hours are 8am–6pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Please be sure to allow enough time for your work to be edited, returned and for you to review it before submission. Requests for work sent outside these hours will not be reviewed until normal hours of operation.

What documents do I need to provide?

Please submit your documents on the home page - "Submit docs". This will automatically send your documents to us via this website.

For essays, assignments and reports, you will need to submit to us:

  1. A copy of your essay, assignment, report or document;
  2. A copy of the question or proposition and any other instructions you have for your work, if any;
  3. A copy of any referencing requirements, if any;
  4. The deadline for your work including time and place.

For job applications, you will need to submit to us:

  1. A copy of the your draft application, including the selection criteria, the job title and level, job reference/position number and organization;
  2. A copy of your résumé (if available) to help with the selection criteria;
  3. The closing date of the application including time and place;
  4. Any additional requirements that the organization requires from you.
What software format do documents need to be in?

Documents for editing can be in the following formats:

  • MSWord documents - ending in .doc or .rtf or .txt
  • Adobe or PDF files can be accepted for reference documents but not for editing.
  • All edited documents will be returned as MSWord documents -ending in .doc
What if I don’t have regular access to the Internet?

This service is only offered online and does not involve paper exchange or cash payments. We suggest that you approach your local library or a local internet café to upload and download your completed work.

I've lost my password - what do I do?

If you lose your password, email admin@edit-express.com.au with your name and phone number and we can re-set the password for you. The new password will be emailed out to you as soon as the password is re-set.

What about confidentiality?

All requests and documentation will be treated in the strictest confidence. All your details and information will be deleted one month after the completion date of the work, except for your email address. We maintain record of payment for accounting purposes only.

Who owns the intellectual property?

All work submitted for editing remains as the client's intellectual property.

What about back-ups?

A copy of your edited document will be kept for one month after completion of the work and then it will be deleted.

She worked for many years as a journalist in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and as a project manager in the National Office for the Information Economy. She has a BA in mathematics, a Masters Degree in Linguistics, a PhD in Communications and completed a Post Doctoral Research Fellowship in Electronic Business. She has been a lecturer in Electronic Marketing at the Australian National University and her CV includes many publications and research consultancies.

Nora Stewart, Principal, has 16 years experience in professional communication, adult education, management, recruitment and human resources in Australia and overseas. She is an experienced HR professional, with 4 years in the Department of Finance & Administration, specialist human resources projects at the EL2 level with the Australian Government Solicitor and with Defence, and also training and development in the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Medicare Australia, Environment, Family Courts,IP Australia and the Office of Transport Security (OTS). Nora also has considerable work experience in private business and the not-for-profit sector. Nora has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
